This Dealer Policy outlines the terms and conditions for becoming and operating as an authorized
dealer/distributor of Finegrow products manufactured by Finegrow Homecare Private Limited.
This policy ensures mutual understanding and a successful business partnership.
2. Dealer Eligibility Criteria
To qualify as an authorized Unimax dealer, applicants must meet the following requirements:
2.1 Business Requirements
- Valid business registration (GST registration mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG distribution (preferred)
- Adequate storage facilities
- Established distribution network in the designated territory
- Sound financial standing
2.2 Infrastructure Requirements
- Proper warehousing facilities (minimum 500 sq ft)
- Temperature-controlled storage for product quality maintenance
- Loading and unloading capabilities
- Transportation arrangement for product distribution
2.3 Documentation Required
- Business registration certificate
- GST registration certificate
- PAN card
- Bank account details
- Address proof of business premises
- References from existing business partners

4. Territory and Distribution Rights
4.1 Exclusive Territory

4.2 Territory Protection
We will not appoint additional dealers in your exclusive territory without prior notice
and valid business reasons.
4.3 Territory Expansion
High-performing dealers may request territory expansion subject to company approval
and market conditions.
4.4 Territory Restrictions
Dealers must not sell outside their assigned territory without prior written approval.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
5.1 Dealer Pricing

5.2 Payment Terms
- Initial orders: 100% advance payment
- After establishing track record: Credit terms up to 30 days (subject to approval)

- Subsequent orders: Minimum ₹25,000
- MOQ may vary based on territory and agreement
5.4 Price Revisions
Finegrow reserves the right to revise prices with 15 days' notice to dealers.

- Maintain adequate stock levels to meet market demand
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) principle

- Orders via email, phone, or dealer portal
- Minimum 7 days lead time
- Urgent orders subject to availability and additional charges
6.4 Delivery Terms
Ex-factory pricing or delivery to dealer warehouse as per agreement.
Transportation costs as per agreement terms.

(minimum 6 months shelf life remaining).
10.4 Product Tampering
Any tampering or repackaging is strictly prohibited and grounds
for immediate termination.
